Defending Our States and the Republic

The America that used to exist understood the principle as well as the application of defense. The Constitution defines it as a primary duty of the Federal Government to defend the Republic. All over America, communities had militias that would defend them against threats from the wilderness, intrusive government, as well as foreign invaders. It was inconceivable for pioneers to enter the frontier unarmed since they, like the common field mouse, valued their lives and took measures to defend it.

The same applies to our states as well… they are our communities; 50 separate countries, joined into a Federal Republic by the design and consent of the legislatures for the purposes defined in the Constitution with powers limited by the Bill of Rights. Each State has a republican form of government, defined borders, an Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branch of government, and can stand on its own should the people decide to. Our Right of secession is declared in the very birth certificate of the Republic, the Declaration of Independence.

The theater of the Federal Government suing Arizona for defending itself was just that, theater. Giving people the illusion that the Supreme Court or the Federal Judiciary has the final determination regarding who decides to defend our borders or not… the Federal Government has an obligation to defend our borders and is in violation of the agreement.

Arizona has every right to defend its borders with Mexico and any state in rebellion to the Constitution, as does every other state. The purpose of each state’s Militia is to defend the territory and people from invasion. Isn’t it time the Militia was once again organized and utilized in the face of Federal neglect and usurpation?

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” – Preamble of the Constitution for the United States of America. [Emphasis added]

US Constitution, Article IV, Section. 4.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

Where is the ambiguity there; do you need a Federal judge to tell you what your eyes have just read?

America is dying because our people have given up without a shot. It is a total and contemptible disgrace and pissing on the grave of every American that has fallen in the defense of the Republic. The Federal Government has removed all doubt that it wishes to dissolve the Republic into a global government; erasing our borders and allowing an unprecedented invasion for the purpose of weakening us internally, as well as against external threats. It has rebuffed our allies and strengthened our enemies, while inserting enemies into the highest offices of our land.

Isn’t it time that Americans rise up and throw off this menace to their future and security of their families? Or is the prospect of conflict so repulsive to the American soul that they would willingly lock the shackles that enslave themselves?
