Between a Rock and a Hard Place: The Dilemma of Law Enforcement in the Age of Globalism

I’ve been taking some heat from supporters of the police since writing on my impressions of them based on my experiences as a runaway kid in the early 70’s. It was the actions of officers during this time that compelled me to learn the organic Constitution and Bill of Rights in an attempt to understand why I was treated so; shaping my political beliefs as well as my activism against usurpation and the lawlessness of government against its people.

I make no apology for my statements concerning police, since they are my honest opinions based on my direct experiences with their conduct towards me personally; you can’t undo what was done, only learn from it and hopefully correct what was wrong; that is part of the mission I’m compelled to complete in my life, as well as the reason for my writing. I don’t hate cops… I don’t hate anyone but when I’m abused, lied to, tricked, and harassed by every cop I encounter, can you blame me for not becoming their buddy?

If the police continue to enforce the usurpation the corrupt legislators pass, that action will place them more squarely against the People; if you think cops have it bad now, just wait until the People go after the usurpers whose laws they’re enforcing. The police are what will be standing between the people and the government that is attacking their lives, liberty, and property.

In a Constitutional Republic, the Constitution is the people’s permission for government. If the legislature doesn’t have the power granted in the Constitution it doesn’t have the power, period. Cops that have been brainwashed to enforce everything the legislature passes have become little more than bureaucratic drones, taught that their conscience matters little in the face of the law. This is the very reason I focus my attention on the oath of office because the primary object of that oath is support for the Constitution. Only laws passed in pursuance of the Constitution and in conformity with the powers granted by it are enforceable, not just anything the legislature can dream up or the majority of their constituents clamor for; we are not a democracy.

If the police and sheriffs didn’t enforce usurpation and thus becoming armed thugs of criminal legislators, then the people wouldn’t be against them. Putting the power of what is just and lawful up to the legislature and the courts is a recipe for disaster that has existed for centuries, which is precisely why the Convention created a Constitutional Republican form of government, using the principle of Federalism to create a Union of sovereign states that would check excesses of power from each other. The oath of office binds all officers to the terms of the Constitution, not whatever opinion to the contrary they can dream up.

“The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.— That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, . . .” – Declaration of Independence, 1776.

Due to fraud and the imposition of amendments on the Constitution through duress after the conquest of the states in the War against State’s Rights (1861-1865), vital separations of power have been removed and all power today has been relegated to the Executive Branch of the Federal Government… certainly not on the Constitution and natural rights of the people. No matter how you frame this issue, cops are caught between usurpation and the people; up to now, they have been squarely in the camp of the usurpers. Enforcing usurpation turns the people against police even if they had nothing to do with creating the usurpation; they are still enforcing it and that is what the people are forced to react to.

Cops today are cannon fodder for the globalists that have gained control over our legislatures; until they recognize that fact and turn their arms against the usurpers they will remain arrayed against the people. There is just no way to positively spin this reality. Until law enforcement returns to being peace officers, the tension between them and the people will escalate and as I’m sure they know, we outnumber them so much it won’t even be a contest when our long-suffering comes to an end. The people are the Militia referred to in the Constitution and Bill of Rights and they’re rising to counter global usurpation and the threats to their liberty. Only approximately 3% of the people actively fought the British in the American Revolution with the aid of allies abroad, today that number without allies would be 9,390,000 men at arms, mostly hunters with a keen eye and an axe to grind with a government that is threatening everything.

Wouldn’t it be prudent for the police to re-examine their oath; taking a look at the oath breakers that are putting them in such an unwinnable position against their own people? I believe we will prevail, especially if the plan I wrote is implemented and the corruption is summarily removed from our offices in government along with the usurpation they’ve implemented since the war Lincoln prosecuted. With the aid of sworn police and sheriffs, recovering our American Republic and removing the corruption would be just a matter of routine and an act of honor deserving respect by the people; continuing down this road of enforcing usurpation will end in death for millions. The writing is on the wall, there will be action… Will the Militia, in defense of the rights of their communities in support of the organic Constitution, be supported or opposed by sheriffs and police? Whose side are you on?

To paraphrase the funky green dude from the film franchise started long ago, in a galaxy far far away, “They must unlearn what they have learned.” And perhaps that is not too far off- base, as this republic was started long ago and would look to its founders as though it now exists in a far-distant galaxy. One that they would never have wanted us to enter!

    Sadly, most will not opt to relinquish what “authority” or “entitlement” they perceive themselves to possess, I fear. At least, not until they find themselves in a crossfire between foreign forces and the natural-born individuals of this Nation. (An eventuality I find abhorrent!)

    Even the most solid of foundations will falter & crumble when the structure built upon it extends beyond the limits it was designed to support, or when those tasked with maintaining its integrity have failed to do so and allowed it become dilapidated!
