Relighting the Beacon of Liberty

Constitution for the United States of America, Article I, Section 8, and clause 17, states:

“To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;…”

There is currently a conflict underway in Clark County, Nevada. A rancher by the name of Cliven Bundy is asserting, correctly so, that the Federal government has no jurisdiction over the range lands that his family has used for generations. This is one of the most important opportunities for our people to regain their liberty to occur in generations, since it clearly highlights obvious usurpation of state sovereignty and the plunder of state resources as a consequence. It also reveals the depth of the corruption in our government, both state and Federal, highlighting the very real necessity of removing it from all levels of government. The Federal government was created by delegates of the states in Convention in Philadelphia, in 1787. It is now asserting dominance over the states that created it after subduing the Confederacy 149 years ago, a major deviation from the blueprint approved in the Convention and a violation of the agreement creating the American Republic. If liberty is to be restored, the proper checks and balances destroyed since that war must be restored and the usurpation, fraud, and subversive acts of Congress, the Supreme and inferior courts, and Executive Branch removed.

As previously stated, the Constitution does not permit the Federal government to exercise power over lands within the borders of states except for specific purposes and then only by permission of their legislatures and after the Federal Government has purchased those lands. The out of control Federal government is using our lands as collateral on the fraudulent debt they keep piling on the backs of the American people and are, with the cooperation of treasonous officials in the states, transferring sovereignty and ownership of our homeland over to foreign nations, especially China, nations that do not have our best interests in mind nor ever have. Unless we retake our Republic from these seditionists, thieves, and traitors, we will leave our posterity in perpetual servitude, not the blessings of liberty. My plan of action retakes our government through the action of the people, arbitrarily removing the corruption from our offices in government and replacing them with loyal, faithful Americans we know and trust from within our ranks.

It is time for the people to retake this land, all of it, from those who hold our sovereignty and independence in contempt and restore the birthright of liberty. Doing so will not only bless the future of our posterity but present a beacon and an example for others to follow that are not so fortunate today.
