A battle is building at Cliven Bundy’s ranch in southern Nevada as agents of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Bundy family, bolstered by an increasing number of Militia square off over grazing rights. The Bundy family’s historic right to graze their cattle on land claimed by the BLM since 1993 are being attacked and their cattle confiscated and or killed for “trespassing” on land the Bundy family has been grazing on since 1887. Many believe this could be the place where the next shot heard round the world is fired, while others seem determined to prevent it. I have a totally different perspective of this matter based on more than 40 years of watching the globalists that have infiltrated our government and has been eroding our rights and sovereignty for decades. The simple fact is that according to Article I, Section 8, and clause 17 of the Constitution the Federal government has no power granted to exercise jurisdiction over state lands for the purpose the Bundy’s are fighting.
“To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;”
The American people aren’t aware of this but we’ve been at war now for decades, but as they were in the Revolutionary War, militia units are typically unreliable and tend to focus only on the group’s protection, not the community at large. I am not comfortable with the way things are turning out in Nevada. I’m encouraged to see the Militia response but it should be a MILITARY response to a military action by government. Militia personnel should be armed, digging in, and building strength to remove the Federal threat; instead they’re being discouraged from carrying anything but side arms, removing their BDU’s, and otherwise told to be non-provocative against the government thugs… General Patton would not condone such a strategy, nor do I.
What saved us in the Revolutionary War was the fact that we had a Continental Congress with men of principle and George Washington to command the regulars Congress formed up. Today Congress is filled with globalist collaborators and traitors; consequently there will be no relief from that quarter. Furthermore, all of our general command today has furthered the globalist, not American agenda; violating their oath as a matter of routine with every unlawful order they followed that was issued by a globalist President.
We need leadership that understands AMERICAN FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLES and is willing to fight against our enemies, not demonstrate against and petition them. In my opinion, the time for demonstrations ended on April 19, 1993 at Waco, Texas. Yes, I’m what people call a hawk because I understand and know history and understand that appeasing tyrants never result in their removal, only in an increase of their tyranny. If we’re going to fight then we must fight until we’re dead or victorious; this war is for all the marbles, not just for America but the world; we’re the last obstacle to world government.
If this action in Nevada blows up there will be airstrikes, air assaults, infantry and sniper attacks, and possibly even armor to deal with; what is being done to counter those actions today while we have time to prepare? Is the State of Nevada going to stand up and back the Militia forming on Bundy’s ranch or will the Militia be forced to fight two fronts? The governor, as well as the Sheriff has the power to access the armory and provide the Militia with mortars, machine guns, shoulder fired missiles, and other armaments; none of that assistance seems to have been proposed or offered. The governor has said he will deploy the National Guard but can they be trusted since they’re subject to Federal command? The Guard were more than willing to disarm Americans in the aftermath of Katrina… how can they be trusted in Nevada today?
While everyone is pouring into Nevada the BLM is attacking property rights on the Red River. Units of Militia from Texas and Oklahoma should be available to respond to the local threat before deploying assets outside their area of operation. This is a general attack against the sovereignty of the states and the property rights of individuals through Federal usurpation, intimidation, and force. Such action demands a response and not one that fails to show resolve or that seeks a remedy inside the corrupt system attacking us. We must regain command and control of our governments, state and Federal in order to stop this madness.
I’m not trying to undermine or belittle the heroic efforts of those going into harm’s way but I would like to see it conducted more as a military mission than a demonstration, with a realistic assessment and preparations that will better assure victory. Anything less than a commitment to total victory is meaningless and un-American, putting our forces at a disadvantage against a formidable enemy determined to enslave and subjugate the American people. We need to stand as our men did against the Axis powers of WWII, not like our globalist leaders forced our men through in Vietnam; this is America and the battle is for our homes and families. In my opinion, to engage the enemy without pursuing victory is counterproductive, since our enemy will perceive it as a lack of resolve.
If we’re to restore the American Republic and remove the tyranny from our midst we must attack them from every quarter, retake our infrastructure wherever the opportunity presents itself, and never relent. Surrender must be unconditional and the globalist cancer removed from all offices of government. Those that stand with the globalists against the American people should be shown no quarter… If it is a fight that must be fought then it must be fierce, unrelenting, and come from all quarters if it is to succeed.
My plan of action was written in the hopes that we would arm up, organized, and then simply insist that the globalists vacate our offices, replacing them with loyal Americans; thereby regaining our infrastructure and offices with a minimum of bloodshed, I still hope there is time to do so. But if a general war is forced upon us then that war must be fought as if the very survival of the American Republic is at stake, because it is. There will be millions of casualties, mostly in the unarmed civilian population as our globalist enemies use the conflagration to depopulate America, but once hostilities commence there will be no turning back since doing so can only be done through surrender; something that to this patriot is unacceptable. I have already resolved in my heart that I will not live in a post-American world.
