The following paragraph is current federal law.
“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.” — 18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy
The reason arrests are not being made is because those with the authority and proximity to the criminals are themselves criminals.
For months now I have been writing on the duty and responsibilities of the oath of office and received derision and excuses by people who should know better. Over the years many people have told me the “reality” of the grunts being broken down and threatened by the chain of command. The privates don’t want to get in trouble by pissing off their sergeants, the sergeants don’t want to get in trouble pissing off their lieutenants, and up the chain of command it goes. Our soldiers and Marines are taught to obey orders and respect the chain of command, not question it; if that statement isn’t true then why are we deploying everywhere in the world except our own border? Even the organized Militias are standing down in the face of an armed invasion of our borders in obedience to the treasonous chain of command, while expressing fear of what the media might say about them.
Despite what they’re taught by the chain of command, the duty of EVERY sworn officer of the republic is to “…support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic: to bear true faith and allegiance to the same…” not cover their ass against a duplicitous and treasonous chain of command. When an order attempts to compel you to violate the terms of your oath the choice should be clear, defend the Constitution against that domestic enemy. Yet the procedures for addressing unlawful orders is cumbersome and ripe with corruption, taking more interest in maintaining discipline than enforcing the oath of office against the chain of command.
It is treason to compel American soldiers to fight under a foreign banner; especially if that force compels that soldier to betray his primary duty to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Our soldiers are sworn to bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution, not the United Nations Charter or any other foreign power, yet every conflict since WWII has been to further the goals of the United Nations and the globalists that run it. Tankers of American blood have been sacrificed on the altar of globalism while we’re being convinced otherwise in the media owned by globalist corporations.
I feel like I’m pissing upwind, since in the years I’ve been saying this I still get little more than excuses from those who are active duty or veterans. In my opinion, the Constitution is an afterthought to our troops, not the object of their allegiance. A culture of going along to get along has allowed this American apocalypse that is soon coming upon our land by those refusing to defend the borders of the republic.
The American people have paid for the weapons in the hands of the military, not to expand a global empire and make our President the leader of the world, but to defend the American Republic from invasion from without and subversion from within that seeks to deprive us of our God-given Natural Rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It is time to take up arms in defense of those Rights against any that would seek their destruction, foreign and domestic. Today the Federal Government is massing those arms purchased with our sweat and blood against us; we’re being compelled to pay for the instruments of our own destruction.
Recently a Federal officer in the Border Patrol fired upon an American defending our border and the Federal forces that descended on the scene confiscated the arms of the Americans there; despite the acknowledged fact that the Border Patrol agent was the one firing unprovoked at an American patriot. I believe it was a deliberate setup to harass the Militia and used as an excuse to weaken opposition to the invasion. The officer that took the weapons promised their return on September 1st, a promise that was broken and thousands of dollars of gear was stolen by Federal forces to prevent their use in defending the republic from invaders.
When our military is locked in combat defending one another in some foreign cesspool, fighting to assure the geopolitical objectives of globalist corporations, the only thing they’re fighting for is their brothers in arms. None of them fight for the defense of the American Republic anymore and certainly not to preserve liberty for us at home; are you enjoying more liberty today as a direct result of their actions? The duty of our oath and obligations under it often require us to sacrifice everything in order to fulfill it with honor; if a person isn’t willing to perform that duty they shouldn’t swear the oath.
We have been lied to and betrayed by those in leadership over us. Our schools have deprived us of the knowledge of what it means to be American. Generations of Americans have been taught less and less of the principles of the republic while giving us the version of those that hate America and wish to see it destroyed; I have never seen so many Americans that hate America and feel guilty for the bullshit they’ve been led to believe. Our republic has been infiltrated by traitors who desire nothing less than the destruction of everything American.
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.” ― Cicero
