For centuries, the world has been plundered and controlled by the international bankers and the corporations under their control (the oligarchy). This corporate oligarchy controls nearly everything in the world today that is incorporated in some form or another, primarily through contract law; the people of the world must remove that control from their communities and prohibit such corporate interaction with government in order to restore their freedom. Remove the corporate lobby from government and restore the voice of the people.
In America, removing the oligarchy can be accomplished simply by unincorporating our community, sever attachments to the corporate “government” system, and requiring our local government to understand and only follow the principle written in the Declaration of Independence; that being the ONLY legitimate reason for limited government to exist is to secure our Natural Rights.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.— That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, . . .” – Declaration of Independence, 1776.
I believe that returning to the Constitution’s state prior to Congress adjourning sine die, on March 27, 1861; will take us back to a place where we can move forward with honor. Defects in the system have been discovered because of the actions bringing us to this place, but I believe the house built in 1787 can be remodeled to better contain government where it belongs. It will require that our people continue to understand that government only lawfully exists to secure our rights, not provide for us.
There are only 34 states that were admitted under the organic Constitution as well as 13 amendments, which include the Bill of Rights. The original 13th amendment banned Titles of Nobility; rendering B.A.R. attorneys holding the feudal title ‘Esquire’ incapable of holding office in the United States or any of them!
I’m aware of opinions contrary that think such a thing isn’t possible after so long a period; I believe it is, as long as the people desire freedom enough to make the change.
