The Reasons for and Responsibility to Fight for Liberty

Since 1861, the Union ceased to exist under the Constitution and principles it was founded upon and has never been in existence since. It will never be known if Abraham Lincoln ever intended to relinquish the martial powers he assumed to prosecute the war, since he was murdered before he could. The fact is, the District of Columbia never returned to limited government under the Constitution; today the United States, Inc. is a for-profit corporation under the control of an oligarchy headed primarily by the Rothschild Banks and the Vatican.

The District of Columbia is a foreign City State and not a constitutionally created government; when you come to grips with that reality, much of what they’ve done since the Lincoln Administration becomes much easier to understand. The corporations that gained control during that chaotic period have been subtly and systematically replacing the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God with a corporate counterfeit.

The amendments following the events of 1861, including the slavery amendment, are products of fraud and coercion; simple contract law seen through the lens of common sense proves that out. Contracts entered into while one of the parties is under duress are void and the southern states were under Federal occupation during reconstruction; not to mention the Constitution had not been reinstituted and Congress lawfully constituted when those amendments were proposed and ratified.

Most Americans today are under the assumption the Constitution and Bill of Rights are in place. Corporate propaganda through the media, academia, corporate business, and “government” has been reinforcing that lie for generations, especially after the invention and mass production of television. I contend that most people in the modern patriot movement are included in that number; believing the Constitution is in place and only being violated by corrupt bureaucrats; a belief based on an illusion.

There are constitutional scholars who speak eloquently and knowingly of what the founding fathers created in the Convention of 1787; people who have yet to understand what truly happened over 150 years ago under the radar. While I respect their knowledge of the Constitution, most of them have yet to understand and accept the truth regarding its status and are still trying to restore it from within the corrupt corporate system designed to foil all their valiant efforts.

Knowing what happened and its effects, while initially distressing, is important to understand and accept if we’re to return to a state of liberty and throw off the corporate fiction we live under today. When you understand the treachery and betrayal that was done and its effects on everything we see and understand today, it becomes not only a duty but a necessity to take up arms and oppose the descendants of the oligarchs that clandestinely conquered our republic. For informed Americans that understand the foundation of Natural Law the Declaration of Independence established in 1776, the future planned for our posterity by the oligarchs in power today is unacceptable. The same document that established our foundation on a rock, the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God, also defined our clear duty when our Natural Rights are attacked:

“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”


The agents of the oligarchy in our local governments are not representing us; by their actions and support for the oligarchs, they’ve made themselves our enemies. In their view, those in the American resistance are traitors and rebels; criminals fit for execution, along with those that support them and the corporate media is going to tar every one of us with that brush… just like the Union forces did to Confederate forces during the War under Lincoln’s Administration.

The oligarchy and the American resistance are on opposite sides of the fight for liberty. Whether the oligarchy’s agents realize it or not, the fact remains they support and enforce usurpation and tyranny over the people; they’re attacking our Natural Rights and our natural right to exercise them instead of securing them; Natural Rights, which were recognized for the first time by a founding document of government. Isn’t it time those of us that understand what our foundation was founded to be, fight to restore and preserve it? Isn’t such a wonderful act of selflessness and truth worth fighting for and preserving for posterity?

While most People will defend the system of dependency and plunder they’ve become accustomed to, that doesn’t negate the duty of those of us who understand the truth. The majority has never participated in their own liberation throughout history; they have watched on the sidelines until there was a victor and then adjusted accordingly.

The agreement that created the Federal government has been breached and is no longer observed or followed by the District of Columbia; therefore, there is no lawful government of the united States of America within the District of Columbia. During the twentieth century, the individual states were overlaid with the same corporate fiction the District of Columbia is under, effectively turning us into a nation; not a republic. The states today are merely subsidiaries of the UNITED STATES; not the organic constitutional republics many of them started out to be. To truly see the transformation of our republic, compare the organic Constitution of Massachusetts with the founding Constitution of Nevada, the differences are glaring when you do. In fact, the last state admitted before the Constitution was set aside by Lincoln was Kansas, in 1861.

In closing, unless and until we throw off the oligarchs and their agents from our government by any means necessary, we will continue to descend into tyranny. Today, we have no choice if we’re to regain the miracle that was established in 1776; we must repeat what our brave ancestors did beginning on April 19, 1775, fight. Tyrants don’t step down voluntarily through peaceful means… some of their agents may to save their own asses, but the oligarchs and those that are loyal to them will do anything within their power to avoid what will happen should we prevail. They quite literally have everything to lose, everything they plundered from the people of the world… the Rothschild fortune of ill-gotten gains alone exceeds $500,000,000,000,000.00; such a fortune buys a LOT of loyalty.

Many who read this work will shake their heads in disbelief and denial; people that will call me insulting names and try to either discredit my message or find some way to demonize me in the eyes of others. Such people are not the audience I seek, since they have no desire to know the truth and give up their share of the plunder stolen from their neighbors; they’re shills for the oligarchy and their allegiance has been bought and paid for.

Some will like it, comment on it, and then return to the treadmill in their gilded cage and wait for the next rant to come along to do the same; they’re people that like to feel important and may even understand the truth, yet lack the commitment to actually risk the necessary changes in their life and fight for freedom.

Then there is the small minority of people, who seek the answers to their questions for themselves and own it; people who are willing to do what is necessary and within their power to oppose the tyranny that threatens not only what is theirs, but those around them as well. That minority of people is the ones I write for; those the Spirit has guided me to reach with the message he has given me; the people who care enough about those they love to act.

      The oligarchs that control America today controlled America before and during WWII The bankers through their agents on Wall Street financed Hitler’s rise to power and the industrial reconstruction of Germany during the period leading up to Hitler’s invasion of Poland. When the war was over, America hosted the United Nations, the rehash of the League of Nations the American Senate refused to go along with after WWI… even hosting it on our own soil. Remember, the oligarchs ultimate goal is world government under their control… the World Wars are merely stepping stones to condition the war wearing People of the world to accept it.

      The subject matter you request is much larger than a comment would encompass but suffice it to say, America’s role was much different than the official historical line spewed out by the public school system and the rest of academia today. History is written by the victors and the oligarchy has been manipulating it all for centuries.

    Nice article and well written. Do you know the saying, what goes around comes around? We are tired and fed up much in the same manner as Colonists were with the British Crown and the East India Company. What could be today’s Boston Tea Party? Perhaps recent demonstrations are the modern version of Shays Rebellion. Who knows? Time will tell. Well, that’s was my two cents worth……

    In writing about the Convention of 1787 you said: ” When you understand the treachery and betrayal that was done and its effects on everything we see and understand today.” I’m confused and not sure what event or events are relevant.

      In my opinion, the principle betrayal and giant loophole the Convention provided was the unrestricted right of contract. I believe there should be one exception to the rule:

      “Corporations shall not circumvent the limitations of the Constitution, nor have any power to limit the Natural Rights of the People by contract or any other legal device within the United States or any of them.” — Thomas Mick, “Suggestions to Strengthen Liberty, 2014, 2015.
