American States were administered by servants organized by the People through a Constitution, which defines the powers and limitations delegated for securing the natural rights of the People, consistent with the principles recognized and established by the Declaration of Independence under Natural Law. The land of the State within its borders was held in trust for the People or owned outright by them as private property through land grants or purchased with lawful money.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.— That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,”
In America, officers in government placed themselves under the Constitution by oath or affirmation while serving in their respective offices. They were no longer one of the People while serving and were accountable to their masters, the People. As long as they were in office, their actions had to be subordinate to the Constitution they swore to support and defend. Officers in government, regardless of their title, did NOT have a right to impose their opinion in contravention of the Constitution or enter into any contract that violated the terms of the Constitution; if they did, they were committing usurpation and violating the terms of their oath of office. People serving in government offices in America were not rulers, they were servants of the People who were obligated to perform our will as expressed in the Constitution, not their opinion to the contrary.
In 1861, President Abraham Lincoln began fighting a war against the Southern States to force them to remain in the Union against the wishes of their People and legislatures. He fought that war under emergency military power, not under the terms of the Constitution FOR the united States of America; violating the Natural Law principle of self-determination. The Constitution for the united States of America recognized the supremacy of the States over their servant in the United States until that war; since then, the State’s servant has been exercising supremacy over them and the People within them under the Constitution OF the United States of America. Instead of freeing the black slaves in the South, it has enslaved all of us through corporate ownership as debt slaves.
As I see it today, the only course back to freedom is to remove the corporations posing as our governments under the Constitution OF the United States by removing their officers from our seats of government and restore the lawful organic Constitutions of both the States and their servant; only then can we move forward with honor. We must repudiate ALL statutes, offices, programs, Treaties, and other lawless actions of the United States and its subsidiaries in contravention of our will, as expressed in our lawful constitutions of government, and reverse as much of their effects as possible as a remedy of the fraud.
The property of the People that has been plundered must be returned in allodial, and restitution made to the People for the fraudulent theft of the fruit of their labors by the bankers and their corporations.
None of these proposed remedies can be accomplished without force. No tyrant in the history of man has voluntarily stepped down from power without being compelled by force of arms; today we have thousands of tyrants ruling through thousands of corporations under the color of law. They have private mercenary forces, organized as law enforcement, that impose their will on us through the counterfeit Constitution OF the United States of America and subsidiary corporate constitutions forming counterfeits of our States.
We must return to freedom by refusing to comply with the corporations now in control and actively resist them, expelling their agents from our communities and retaking that which they’ve stolen from us. Unless, of course, you don’t want to be free… it is, after all, your choice to act or not.
