Ironically, the actions of the last American President, Abraham Lincoln, allowed those men we need to overthrow to gain control of the republic after his administration set aside the Constitution in order to prosecute the war in the absence of a quorum in Congress. For 154 years now, America has been under the increasing control of a global corporate oligarchy… not the Constitution and Bill of Rights. I address this fact more in my article, The Masters of Globalism.
It is time for the people of the Republic to once again stand up and be counted in defense of our natural, God-given rights. After years of petitions, demonstrations, and court actions, our efforts have been spurned and rejected. The electoral system in America today is blatantly corrupt since our enemies have infiltrated the process and now control the count. Those of us willing to defend freedom and liberty today are shouted down or ignored by the oligarchy controlled corporate owned media, which also demonizes us in advance of attacking us; defining us as domestic terrorists.
Since the time of the War against State’s Rights (1861-1865), the Constitution for the United States of America has been set aside and the republic has become a corporate oligarchy under the control of the international bankers that took advantage of that conflict and seized power under emergency rule. In fact, there is no Federal “government” only a UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT (USG) corporation today (Dunn & Bradstreet #052714196). The American people, through the corporate ratified 14th amendment, have been enslaved to a corporate system ruled through contract law, not the Law of Nature and Nature’s God. Since the States in the Convention of 1787 did not grant the government power to circumvent the powers and limitations of the Constitution for the United States of America, I submit and believe that this corporation is usurpatious and void; any debt, statutes, court decisions, amendments, treaties, agreements, appointments, and actions of any official in contravention of the oath to the Constitution for the United States of America, and their effects since March 27, 1861… are null and void since they’re products of fraud and usurpation.
Those who may argue that the contract clause creates a constitutional loophole are forgetting the oath of office. No one who has sworn to support and defend the Constitution can then lawfully enter into a contract subverting it; since their oath takes precedence over their action while subordinate to it. The focal point of this plan of action is the oath of office because it defines the duty of every official, regardless of rank or title.
16 Am Jur 2d, Sec 177 late 2d, Sec 256:
The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows:
The General rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law is in reality no law, but is wholly void and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.
Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it.
A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, it is superseded thereby.
No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.
Due to the lawless nature of our present political state, prudence dictates the only avenue that remains for us today is restoring the integrity of our government offices by replacing corrupt officials and reclaiming what has been stolen from us by the corporate USG. We have been complacent for too long and allowed this infiltration of our government institutions both state and Federal; isn’t it time we correct the course of our ship of state and return it into fair weather and calm seas? We can accomplish a return to our liberty and limited government if we put aside our differences and come together for the common good. Replacing corruption with honor through the revolutionary process our founders provided in the Declaration of Independence will restore the American Republic to a state that blesses our people; enabling us to once again become a shining example for the world to emulate.
The Militia
Historically Militias have been the collective exercise of the God-given Natural Right of self-defense; people in the community coming together to defend it against threats, both internal as well as external. The Militia was composed of the people themselves; pastors, bakers, mechanics, stock brokers, tinkers, carpenters… indeed all the members of the community coming together to protect one another from whatever threatened them and their property. From the formation of the initial settlements and for decades following the ratification of the Constitution for the United States of America it was well understood that attacking the Militia was attacking us; something that was incomprehensible.
Since the War against State’s Rights (1861-1865), the USG has taken the position that the independent Militias of the Several States are a threat to its power. Corporate institutions have worked to undermine the institution of the Militia through its power to regulate the Militia as well as promoting curriculum in the public schools, which at first merely minimized the role of Militias in our society, but today demonize them as if they’re foreign to the community and a threat to it. When the term Militia is used today it provokes fear in many of our people due to the ignorance our government has fostered for generations. It isn’t in the interest of arbitrary power for the people to retain the means of defending themselves against it. The Militia is a defensive force of the community against arbitrary and tyrannical power; their principle duty is to protect the community’s Natural Rights from attack, both foreign and domestic.
Today the USG and the oligarchy that controls it are no longer even pretending to respect the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The rights and liberties of our people are being trampled by multiple corporations posing as agencies that are not authorized by the Constitution nor designed to fulfill the only true purpose of legitimate government, to secure our rights. Isn’t it time that we reinvigorate the Militia as intended by our founders and defend what is precious to us? The Militia as referred to in the Constitution and Bill of Rights is the whole of the people at arms but more specifically, every able-bodied male between the ages of 17-45, not holding Federal office is a member of the unorganized militia whether they know it or not. The militia is us… the people… which explains the language in Article IV of the Bill of Rights:
“A well-regulated Militia being necessary for the security of a free state: the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
The logic of the second amendment is that the people are the militia and our access to arms for the defense of our free state “shall not be infringed”! The greatest threat to liberty isn’t from foreign aggression but from within; our founders knew this and made sure we had a defense against it when it became necessary. Considering the level of corruption and the hostility of the oligarchy to any limitation of its power, it is easy to understand why our corporate schools, the media owned by globalist corporations and licensed by the oligarchy, and academia who is dependent upon corporate grants for much of their funding and support are hostile to the Militia.
Step One: Marshaling the People
The first step to regaining control is to protect your community by exercising your Natural Right to bear arms and join with others in your community for your mutual defense; remember you are Militia. When the people are armed, they’re much less likely to become victims, from criminals with or without a badge.
Since 1865, the oligarchy that gained control of the District of Columbia, has managed to get the Several States, as well as county, town, and city governments to also incorporate, so as to be able to centrally manage them more effectively under the corporate system; consequently, the officials we all think are government officials under the Constitution of our state and Federal government are in fact, corporate officers loyal to the oligarchy and primarily concerned with compliance to corporate policy, not natural law. This has created a problem for the traditional organization of the Militia, since the command structure is now under the control of the oligarchy enslaving us. Therefore it has become necessary to martial the Militia under a structure similar to colonial times before there were constitutional state governments.
Organizing your community Militia…
Remember, the purpose of the Militia is to protect the Natural Rights of the community; coming to that understanding helps determine how best to organize it effectively. All members of the Militia must swear or reaffirm their oath to the Constitution FOR the United States of America, which is the Constitution set aside by the Lincoln Administration in 1861. All amendments and changes to the Constitution since that time were done by a corporate government under emergency rule, not organic law; those loyal to the corporation must NOT be included in your defenses, since it is the force seeking your destruction.
- Setting up a command structure. The community should choose from among you those possessing integrity, honor, and leadership skills under extreme stress. Leaders that are capable of directing others effectively; understanding the stratagems and tactics of war. They must swear allegiance to the community and organic Constitution, which requires them to secure your natural rights and makes them subordinate to the leadership of the community as it’s restored. They must have NO allegiance to our present corporate government structure or its chain of command. Those you choose will be commanding the defense of everything you hold dear, choose wisely.
- I would suggest that communities make the highest rank of counties, towns, and cities, Colonel; reserving the rank of General to those appointed to command multiple Militia units as larger territories come under American constitutional control.
- For the purposes of this plan, the chain of command of Militia should have a similar structure as the Army. Due to the nature of our effort, senior officers will be selected as the Militia grows in strength from those leaders discovered in the field by their skill, valor, and leadership. Initial fire-teams/squads will be commanded by corporals and sergeants elected by members of the unit.
- As communities come under American control, their forces should be combined under senior officers to enhance their capability. Community units should be identified according to the communities they originate from and once the war is over, brought home to resume their lives in peace with their arms.
- Operational objectives of the Militia. The overall goal of this plan is to restore legitimate constitutional control over the community, county, and state. The responsibility of the Militia in facilitating that goal is to assist in the removal of corporate officers, by force if necessary, so they may be replaced with loyal constitutional ones. Unconstitutional offices will be vacated and not refilled, since the Constitution does not permit those offices. Due to the inferior position of Militia forces at the onset of hostilities, the initial operations must be fought with guerrilla tactics, utilizing hit and run raids, ambushes, and other actions of opportunities against the forces of the oligarchy. Until sufficient ground is restored and sufficient forces are organized guerrilla tactics minimizes losses, provides resupply of arms, ammunition, vehicles, medical supplies, and other equipment at the expense of our enemy through captures made in raids, while harassing their forces. All assets captured from the enemy are to be employed by the Militia for support of their operations.

Step Two: Setting Up an Alert System
Having a Militia is useless if the people cannot contact them in the event of an attack so the militia must establish a secure alert system, allowing members of the community to report activity to them. This information would then be routed to a person responsible for evaluating it and to determine if there’s a need for deployment and in what strength. There should be a phone number, a secure local web site, as well as a frequency for radio that is distributed throughout the community.
By establishing an alert system, you are enabling the people to report either an attack or some other threat or incident that harm them that may require evaluation and possible deployment. If the Sheriff is a constitutional officer in your county, many of these reports will be routed or referred to him, since he’s charged with the same mission as the Militia and is the chief peace officer of the county. The Militia should be in support of the county Sheriff, provided he is faithfully performing his constitutional duty for the people in his jurisdiction. Remember, the Militia is there to protect the lives, liberty, and property of the community, therefore the Militia should assemble and aid one another in the event of storms and other natural disasters; when possible working to support the Sheriff’s office in relief and security efforts.
Step Three: Remove our Consent and Compliance
Once our people have regained their strength, becoming armed and organized, we must take the next step and stop complying with usurpation by ceasing to pay unlawful taxes as well as to refuse to comply with legislation in contravention of the organic Constitution. The only power government has is what we allow by our compliance, so once we’ve regained our ability and confidence to stand up to government we must cease complying with usurpation; thereby restoring our freedom. I have touched on this topic in my article, “Changing the Rule of Law”, as well as an article I wrote for law enforcement, “Between a Rock and a Hard Place: The Dilemma of Law Enforcement in the Age of Globalism”.
Step Four: Remove Oath Breakers from Office
Now that we’re refusing to comply with the actions of oath breakers in our governments it is time to remove and replace them with loyal oath keepers. Until constitutional civil government is re-established under the organic Constitution by this plan, the only constitutionally loyal leadership will be the elected officers of the Militia. Until the government and the electoral system’s integrity have been restored, the appointment of temporary officers must fall to a body set up for that purpose; likely composed of informed senior members of the patriot community that can no longer serve in a combat role. Due to our present circumstance, which is a state of occupation by the forces of the oligarchy there is no constitutional chain of command otherwise to my knowledge; at least not that I can personally vouch for or trust.
There are two approaches to this task, indictments rendered by common law Grand Juries after presenting evidence of their crimes, or forcible removal by necessity of war. The former one is orderly, though heavily dependent upon a number of factors that I cannot see in place to make it either feasible or practical, considering the present threats being presented against the people, such as the “exercise” JADE HELM ’15. The latter is the exercise of the natural right of the people expressed in paragraph 2 of the Declaration of Independence but requires the people to be armed, organized, and determined to free themselves from the existing paradigm they’re confronted with.
Removal by common law Grand Jury
Each community should form a team tasked with investigating and gathering evidence from the public record on each government official to determine if they’ve violated their oath to the Constitution. The evidence collected in the investigation is to be presented to a common law Grand Jury, which will then determine if the oath was indeed violated and if so render an indictment. Upon indictment, a warrant would be issued authorizing the arrest of the official by the Sheriff of the county where the office is located. Those who have violated their oath by supporting, passing, or enforcing legislation in contravention of their oath or otherwise unlawfully attacking the natural rights of the people should be removed.
This option is dependent upon a number of factors that are becoming increasingly problematic the closer we come to hot war. I am increasingly pessimistic to the possibility it will be implemented in time with a sufficient number of Grand Juries to handle the number of cases necessary to restore constitutional government.
Removal by force
All public officials within the community should be given the option of swearing allegiance to the organic Constitution for the United States of America, which is the state of the Constitution set aside by the Lincoln Administration as well as the organic Constitution of their state, repudiating any allegiance to the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT and the corporate STATE of ______________. Those refusing to do so must be removed from office, either voluntarily or by force, and replaced through appointment by the committee set up for that purpose. Appointees will hold office until the present term expires; such appointees should be eligible to run as candidates for the office in the next term.
Faithful servants must stop being surrounded by unfaithful servants and supported in their efforts to perform their sworn duty; securing our rights. From the government closest to the people and then working up the levels to State offices, the criminals that have no regard for oaths, sovereignty, and our rights must be removed. Once a public officer is removed, that officer should be detained until Courts of the Republic are restored, after which they will be given due process of law according to the organic Constitution of the state wherein they reside and laws in pursuance thereof; ironically, they will be among the first Americans to receive justice increasingly denied to the people for generations. Should they be acquitted by a jury of their peers in a Court of the Republic, their ability to serve in office should be restored.
All jail and prison inmates detained for victimless crimes should be summarily released and the records for such “crimes” expunged in the interest of justice and to make room for the potentially huge influx of prisoners resulting from this action; the principle at work is no victim/no crime and the state cannot be considered a victim.
Removing the corporate UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT from our communities
As we replace officers of the USG with officers loyal to the organic Constitution for the United States of America, we will regain control of those offices along with the assets and infrastructure they control within the territory so liberated from the oligarchy. As freedom marches across America, the oligarchy will lose control until we rid ourselves completely from their grasp. All assets of the USG will become the assets of the American Republic and any military assets must be immediately deployed for the use of Militia still engaged.
The Sheriff
The sheriff was meant to be the last wall of protection for the people at the county level before resorting to Militia alone. Being elected by the people, he’s the highest law officer in the county and charged with securing the rights of the people and their property from threats both in and out of government. A good sheriff will listen to the charges of the people again the corruption in his county and assist in the removal of corruption within it. If the deputies under his command are found to be corrupt, he will have them dismissed from the department and charged for their corruption as necessary. No one is above the law and his first duty is to secure our rights to life, liberty, and property.
You’re blessed if your sheriff understands his role and honors his oath; which likely makes him unpopular with other government officials in your county; support that sheriff and get him behind this movement to remove the corruption from the land; it is the duty of a sheriff after all! Since the sheriff is the highest Peace Officer in the county, he is the only one with the lawful authority to block other government forces and agencies in their attacks against you; they must all get the permission of his office before proceeding in their action. Even the Feds cannot pass lawfully if he says no. Acting in the county without the sheriff’s permission would be an act of war against your authority, since you elect him.
Violating the oath of office and seeking to alter our form of government through any means other than amendment is a crime, I touch on that topic in more detail in my article, The Duty of Our Oath. If your sheriff does not honor his oath of office, assists outside agencies in attacking our rights and enforces laws in contravention of the Constitution, he must be the first officer to be replaced. It is the Office of Sheriff that has the power to martial the military power of the county through the posse to repel outside threats and remove internal ones. Having a sheriff openly hostile towards individual rights is dangerous to the people, since doing so makes them enforcers of legislative usurpation.
When you bear arms, you regain your power; restoring any government office to constitutional control will be a simple matter of supporting your sheriff in his constitutional duties; despite what the media portrays, we vastly outnumber the Constitution’s enemies. Your right of self-defense came from your Creator and no one in any government has lawful power to deprive you of that right. Those who attempt to disarm you are usurping the authority of your Creator, not just yours.
The same thing applies to your state government. Once enough counties have been restored, it should be a very simple matter of removing oath breakers from the state government. The combined power of the counties joined in restoring integrity back into government could not be resisted by any force the state could muster, including USG if all the states are doing this simultaneously; there would be just too much force being brought to bear. I’m not saying there will not be resistance, both from a legal as well as a military perspective, but if we’re exercising our right of self-defense and focused on restoring our government, we’re not the ones in rebellion… the oath breakers are. The actions above include all offices in government where the occupant has violated the oath; Executive, Legislative, and Judicial… state and Federal.
Restoring the integrity of our vote
Once we’ve regained the offices in our governments, we must remove the corruption within the electoral system. The vote across the republic must be returned to a simple paper ballot marked and tallied by human beings and verifiable when challenged at the precinct level. The corruption in our electoral system has undermined our republic by robbing the people of their voice in government affairs and enabled our enemies to insert their agents in our offices of honor and trust. Isn’t it time we restored our voice?
In conclusion
Contrary to what many believe, America isn’t what our representatives in government think it is. The legislature wasn’t intended to be a think tank coming up with ideas for morphing society to the latest trend or fad… or to herd people wherever they deem necessary to better form the world to their liking. People today seem to have the impression that anything the legislature passes is law; that those men and women in the capital, both state and Federal, can legislate on whatever they consider necessary; to govern the people in any manner and for whatever purpose the legislature determines; such is not the case. In the American Republic, the people determine what powers the legislature has by defining those powers in a constitution, along with any limitations the people determine are necessary to protect those things outside the scope of the political body, such as our unalienable God-given Natural Rights.
It is time to take action that will be effective and long-lasting, to remove those officers in our government that have violated their oath and for whatever personal reason, are attempting to circumvent the terms of that oath. Some are actively working with the enemies of the republic in an effort to undermine and destroy it; others are lining their pockets with the property of the people or being extorted or bribed by enemies to support programs or actions in contravention of the Constitution; whatever their reasons, they are violating the terms of their oath and therefore the conditions of holding office.
Once the states have been restored and honorable officers inhabit the offices of honor and trust, they will have the authority and support of the people necessary to make changes to the Constitution that will strengthen the limitations of the Federal Government in the pursuit of securing our natural rights.
It all begins with arming yourself and standing up as an American.

It is my belief, that only autonomous guerrilla forces fighting for a common local goal will present effective disruption to the oligarchy’s plans and actions. Like thousands of bees in a hive, each guerrilla fire team will sting the enemy in unexpected ways that will hinder and disrupt them, while supplying and enhancing our capabilities at their expense. Fighting for freedom elsewhere while our own communities are under the enemy’s control makes no sense to me.”

Just why do you want to meet with me? There are people that are very much threatened by this plan that would love to meet with me in a dark alley…
I personally think this is brilliant! I am prepared to take action and would like more insight on this process! I have been looking at ways for years on how to force these unconstitutional agencies out of my State! I know they are unconstitutional, they add unconstitutional laws on the people and State and i want them removed!! I live in Wyoming, i work in the oil and gas industry and i am tired of our lands and jobs getting more regulations that are killing jobs and taking our land. The forest service and blm shut down 2 track and old logging roads here everyday that keeps us from taking out the dead and dying timber here which is the main cause of the big fire we had here a few years ago, not to mention keeps us from being able to enjoy the land we live in. Add to that the epa that creates more regulations against all mining and oil/gas companies making it impossible to keep jobs and make a living!

I would like to better understand the process that would take place and get a better handle on how the Constitution was set aside starting with Lincoln. Most true patriots know how it is set aside now but, to be able to defend the cause with facts starting at that point in time is necessary!
I honestly believe the Constitution was created to be it’s own defeat from day one. Madison and Alexander were not true patriots to “these united States” and planned for more of a Great Britain style government during the convention.
But, the biggest stomp to our liberties came from Lincoln leading up to, during and after the war.
“When the Southern states walked out of Congress on March 27, 1861, the quorum to conduct business under the Constitution was lost. The only votes that Congress could lawfully take, under Parliamentary Law, were those to set the time to reconvene, take a vote to get a quorum, and vote to adjourn and set a date, time, and place to reconvene at a later time, but instead, Congress abandoned the House and Senate without setting a date to reconvene. Under the parliamentary law of Congress, when this happened, Congress became sine die (pronounced see-na dee-a; literally “without day”) and thus when Congress adjourned sine die, it ceased to exist as a lawful deliberative body, and the only lawful, constitutional power that could declare war was no longer lawful, or in session.
The Southern states, by virtue of their secession from the Union, also ceased to exist sine die, and some state legislatures in the Northern bloc also adjourned sine die, and thus, all the states which were parties to creating the Constitution ceased to exist. President Lincoln executed the first executive order written by any President on April 15, 1861, Executive Order 1, and the nation has been ruled by the President under executive order ever since. When Congress eventually did reconvene, it was reconvened under the military authority of the Commander-in-Chief and not by Rules of Order for Parliamentary bodies or by Constitutional Law; placing the American people under martial rule ever since that national emergency declared by President Lincoln. The Constitution for the United States of America temporarily ceased to be the law of the land, and the President, Congress, and the Courts unlawfully presumed that they were free to remake the nation in their own image, whereas, lawfully, no constitutional provisions were in place which afforded power to any of the actions which were taken which presumed to place the nation under the new form of control.
President Lincoln knew that he had no authority to issue any executive order, and thus he commissioned General Orders No. 100 (April 24, 1863) as a special field code to govern his actions under martial law and which justified the seizure of power, which extended the laws of the District of Columbia, and which fictionally implemented the provisions of Article I, Section 8, Clauses 17-18 of the Constitution beyond the boundaries of Washington, D.C. and into the several states. General Orders No. 100, also called the Lieber Instructions and the Lieber Code, extended The Laws of War and International Law onto American soil, and the United States government became the presumed conqueror of the people and the land.”

So, basically, any laws, amendments to the Constitution and especially all executive orders are directly in contrastto the Constitution since that time? That would also include any and all federal agencies created since that time?
I need to re-read the article as to the process for us to begin taking back our liberties but, looking at this as a whole, this will take a multitude of citizens standing up together, in multiple States. What, in your opinion, is the best way to go about educating the citizens? I have delt with some of this in the past.
After obama was elected, i helped start a States right group here in Wyoming named, Wyoming Citizens for Freedom and Liberty. The citizenry was all for the usual gripe sessions but once called to participate, they lost interest. When i split from the group, (to try and find a way to go against unconstitutional federal agencies) there was maybe 3-5 people attending those meetings. And since, the group is no more.
The plan of action I wrote cures the problem if the people of a community implement it… not a majority but a determined and dedicated minority. Remember, we’re not a democracy and the object is to either restore the Constitution’s state as of March 1861 or return to the Declaration of Independence and start over under the principles of two sentences:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.— That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,”
We need to return to limited government who’s sole task is to secure the natural rights of the American people, no more.

I don’t disagree with you, I’ve even written similar pieces like this about how to restore. I am giving my perspective from having alot of knowledge about history & our country’s rebellions & others, as well as being a combat vet who knows what it takes to win a battle(s) & what to expect from any kind of real resistance here to the system or it’s enforcers. The reality is daunting, not impossible.
1.) Most people aren’t going to do this. Patriots included. They’re pacifists. If it sounds like violence (even though justified!) is involved, it’s automatically discounted. Alot of controlled opposition in our society amongst “patriots” too. ANY kind of reasonable plan of restoration is going to involve violence, that’s just how it’ll be. This idea of we’re to be defensive only is ludicrous & the govt relies on this. The police system/govt have long ago fired the proverbial next shots at us, in more than just bullets too! All this talk about we need to tread that line as to not hurt anyone is stupid, you’re gonna have to hurt these govt goons to make the points across & get stuff done. We are under zero obligation to submit to an unjust govt including it’s agents. Many groups that are officially organized are infiltrated by police/feds. They’re not going to do anything since they’re influenced. It’s going to require individuals & small groups/leaderless resistance/guerrilla’s to make the changes we need. It’ll be messy for a long time but that’s our duty when govt is destructive. Not anarchists, I’m talking about oath-keeping patriots who hate this system & who have no problem attacking the people in it & destroying the things they use to oppress us. Our goal is to restore, and to restore a tyrannical govt back to a limited 1 that works for us truly/the Constitution 1st, will require a drastic, LONG, dragged out process of warfare, political & even world-wide changes.
2.) The 4 million standing military of cops/feds. The cops will work to stop any kind of restoration when we would go to remove anyone. Look at Ferguson, MO, that police presence, that’s what you’ll get from any kind of real rebellious patriots conducting op’s. You cannot do this without warfare being involved, military planning, etc. It’s gonna get bloody & lives will be lost. We’re past the point of being able to do anything collectively & even individually to peaceably restore. That was gone before I was even born. The NG will be called out in these times. MOST Sheriff’s offices are corrupt, especially if they get federal money, so don’t count on them. They’re virtually no different than the unlawful police depts & fed outfits. The few that are oath-keepers will either hide with their families or go against us out of mere loyalty to their “blue wall friends.”
3.) Forget the “revocation” of income taxes. It’s not going to happen. It’s a battle we cannot win peaceably. If you also consider that over 45 million Americans don’t have income taxes at all coming out of their lives. The govt WANTS you to not “pay” taxes, so it can babysit you. We can’t consent to unlawful taxes, but one must work to feed his family/himself, have a place to live, have basic necessities, so our balls are in a vice in that area. To do what you suggest means to quit our jobs & be homeless. Armed patriots who have worked hard to prepare would lose their property & have to sell alot to just feed themselves/families, not smart tactically. If even a fraction of the people (because a majority NEVER will do this, not even half the people) stopped allowing the govt to steal from them (never-mind the 45million who don’t already), it would backfire. Example, those who rent would be kicked out for no rent payments due to no job anymore. You gonna house these people? This idea is romantic, to not pay unlawful taxes, but, it’s quite frankly naive. That’s 1 thing I’ve never understood about some patriots. You want to stop the unlawful taxation? Find & execute every member of the IRS & most of the feds. Then you will stop it, since none of them are obeying the rule of law anyway, nor do these outfits even have the right to exist!

From what I understand, we must revitalize the 2nd Amendment statutorily, before any Militia can be reconstituted that has any legal authority. The right to keep and bear arms is a natural right that requires no statutory construction. In fact, the 2nd amendment makes statutes relating to guns undesirable. With due respect to Dr. Vieira, Jr…. The amendment is clear. “… shall not be infringed.”
Our problem today is statutes where statutes should even exist.
I agree wholeheartedly, however I’m part of the proverbial choir. What is most practical and realistic? Our “well regulated Militia” has been dismantled and our right to keep and bear arms has been infringed. Establishment politicians have done this over a long period of time. Most of them and the people they are supposed to be representing are clueless regarding this issue. If something is considered legal and/or mandatory, it is much more likely to happen, than it would be if it were seen as illegal and/or extreme. I’m not saying that unless state statutes are changed, this should not be attempted – not at all, but it seems to me that the best way to get those who are in positions of power in the states and counties (as well as a larger percentage of the people) to support the effort and see it as legal, and give it real governmental authority as it was intended to have (not to mention minimize federal governmental backlash), is to rewrite the statutes and bring them back in line with the Constitution. We don’t need a majority to start moving in the right direction, but the more people, especially state legislators, on board, the better. The plan you are proposing is good and I support it. Educating and motivating our legislators to change our state statutes is also a good thing to do, and at the very least would be complimentary, and at most, necessary.
Educating legislators has failed for decades due to the influence the money powers have over them. As much as I would like to agree with your efforts in that regard I must respectfully disagree with that strategy today for two reasons.
1. When every official entered office they were required to swear an oath to support the Constitution; just this act makes their supposed ignorance a non-issue since swearing to do something implies that you know what that something is.
2. The money powers are ruthless and care not about laws or procedure and as long as they have the power to create money out of thin air, that wealth will continue to bribe, extort, and otherwise corrupt any office they wish… See my article http://commonsensetome.com/2013/10/08/subversion-extortion-and-bribery-a-means-to-an-end-2/ for more on this point.
We are past the time for talking, petitioning, demonstrating, or fighting in court… My plan of action is a last resort before general war; I hope it’s implemented soon.
To add support support to your argument about who is the Militia.
Perpich v. DOD 1990 decided by US Supreme Court clearly stating who the Militia is.
Lopez v. U.S. 1994 Where Judge Siclia (sp) wrote the majority opinion clearly stating that the Constitution itself does not even need to exist, nor the Supreme Court, nor the U.S. Government. The 2nd and the rest of the Bill of Rights are God given rights and no government needs to exist for you to have them.
Thank you, Steven… You may have noticed though that I rarely rely upon Supreme Court decisions in my work, choosing instead to rely on the written Constitution itself. Time and again the Supreme Court has interjected their opinion which was in direct contravention of the Constitution.

It sounds like a good plan the only problem I see is getting the learned helplessness dumbed down populace to realize they need to get off their asses and implement it. We need a mass of people and that mass isn’t to the point of acvting yet. It’s going to take going into total complete hell before they decide to do any damn thing. We don’t need the majority in any community to clean house. just an armed minority determined to remove the corruption from their town. If we are to regain our liberty we MUST remove the corruption; there are no other alternatives; the only people necessary to implement this plan are those determined to do so. I totally agree with what you are saying and I hope it can be achieved with just some people, but until it really starts getting ugly the majority of the people will be tuned into the MSM feeding them the illusion. In my fight here in Richmond, VA, I have been supporting alternate candidates for offices that will uphold and defend the constitution and the republic and are fighting to reduce the strangle hold this government has on us. I know you can’t get people elected in a rigged game as well they rigged the elections like they’ve been doing since forever. The Plan of Action addresses the corruption by removing the corruption from our offices in government. Once that has been accomplished and the American Republic restored to a time before the changes brought about by the Civil War and corporate takeover, the issues currently not being addressed will either become moot because the “laws” and opinions of the court causing the problems will no longer exist, or people can receive a JUST hearing before loyal oath keepers that will replace the criminals.

End of criminal behaviors will, allow time to use the courts once wrongfulness of bribery is again included in our beliefs. One test case and corporations will no longer want to risk criminal and civil actions against themselves. But until an actual prosecution takes place it is just risk management to keep bribing the public officials. The thing is, IF They want to hold onto power then they are PROVING by that very action that to them it is all about power and has nothing to do with upholding the oath to defend the Rights of the PEOPLE!!!

So many people just waiting for the momentum to start gathering. It’s not about too many people doing nothing. Its not that we don’t have the heart. We simply need the right nudge to get this stone rolling. Its all downhill after that. So many people, like grains of black powder, just waiting for the keg to touch flame.
By the time the globalists touch off the spark they will have all their assets in place to deal with much of the backlash… Americans are looking for leadership to guide them… the globalists are looking for those same leaders in order to kill them or discredit them before their leadership can take root.
My plan leaves room for each community to find leaders from among their own ranks while using the Constitution and the oath of office as their guide. Anyone that stands up today with Obama in place will be knocked down faster than they can get any traction… the only “leaders” we see are those that are permitted to be.
In a way I’ve become a leader by writing this plan and the accompanying Declaration of Restoration… but my leadership is being distributed where the globalists cannot simply kill it or discredit it… The words are true, based on Natural Law and our founding principles. I believe there are still many that possess the knowledge and leadership qualities we need to prevail and have faith that our Creator will raise them up.
I agree with you 100%. But I just barely found this. I do not believe it has spread enough to act on 14 April 2014. Could we set a new date? Perhaps around the first of the year? We truly do need to get this passed around and get organized. Thank you for taking the time to write it up. Very well thought out and written. Now let’s get the word out!
15 April 2014 is the starting date for implementing, not the final date of implementation. Since I cannot control the participation at the local level the actual date of completion is pretty much up to the American people… It took 5 years from the signing of the Declaration of Independence for us to actually see the surrender of Cornwallis’ army; how long it take to restore the American Republic is up to the people and their action.

On the surface this sounds like a good plan. However, to kill a snake you ‘first’ cut off the head. If you start at the tail chopping pieces, the snake will turn and simply bite your head off. You have to gain ‘control’ from the top down, to do otherwise is complete folly….
We’re not dealing with a snake but a tyranny and I’m proposing the same strategy that our founders used to throw off the tyranny of England. Momentum for revolution came from the towns and taverns across the colonies, perculating up to the legislatures, until the Continental Congress was formed… when our pleas and petitions were scorned and armed troops deployed against us it was only a matter of time for the shot heard round the world.
Without strength you have no leverage… marches on DC by unarmed demonstrators or unorganized and leaderless mobs will have no effect on the tyrants.
Ever heard of the death of a thousand cuts? I am proposing ALL of the Republic arm themselves, refuse to comply with EVERYTHING that contravenes the Constitution, and retake their liberty by exercising it. JUST SAY NO.

When the globalists are on the run, the Constitution and just law restored, that is the time to go after Washington; until then just don’t comply with anything that contravenes the Constitution.” As soon as you “arm yourself and clean out…” any part of the government, the Constitution is DESTROYED! The Founders gave us a Constitution that outlines how we change government, without resorting to armed conflict, revolution and sedition, we use the ballot box, the court system, and, if necessary, impeachment or recall. Until or unless ALL of those Constitutional methods have been EXHAUSTED, there should be no “Arming” of the citizens!
I’ve been watching, going to meetings, writing letters, petitioning, demonstrating, and preparing for the last 40 years… I’ve been in organizations that have been doing the same long before that… Just HOW LONG will you be willing to wait until taking action that actually has results??? 100 years… 500 years… ?
All peaceful means have been exhausted… the first shots were fired by the Federal Government years ago but we sat by and watched it unfold on our television sets; American citizens were demonized by a willing media and most Americans bought the lies hook, line, and sinker.
If you wish to remain free you must ENFORCE the terms of the Constitution, not plead with the liars and traitors who are destroying it. If you can’t see that reality then I’m sorry, you’ll never be free.

You seem to know the problem well, but your not seeing the solution so clear. “The leaderless mobs” are numbered by people such as yourself. Until there IS a leader, a focal point, there will be no revolution. Yet, I’d put money on the fact that the first one to step up would be cut down just as fast.
Occupy Wall Street, protests at the time of government bail-outs for the banks, those people were right where they needed to be, but there was no leader, there was no plan. Nothing came of it. Sworn off as a bunch of drop-outs and hippies. It looked like a good starting point to me, open the offices, open the books, show us how you got so messed up, how everyone got so upside down that now there is no other choice but to bail you out. Didn’t happen, wasn’t good enough, any message worth hearing got drown out by the leaderless mob.
So I ask you to find leaders, ones to attract more leaders. Let the cause be pure, the actors be human, faults and all. P.S. Kick them bible thumpers to the curb, where they belong. That battle was fought and the resolution was the Constitution, written by humans, slave owners, remember? And still you see it as the supreme rule of law.
So, let us all stand on that foundation and tear down what has been built on it lately. Keep God in your heart and your feet in the march.

I readily admit the Constitution is NOT a perfect document but it is the law of the land at this time and in its organic form, along with the Bill of Rights, better than any other to date.

The Constitution didn’t need to change!! We didn’t even need the 13th Amendment because that is the first amendment which constrains THE PEOPLE!!!
The 13th COULD have simply said that the rights described in the Constitution are inherent for ALL peoples regardless of COLOR, RELIGION or SEXUAL ORIENTATION!
That would have ended slavery because Africans would have fallen under the ALL PEOPLES part in the 13th Amendment! INSTEAD they wrote that Amendment as if the purpose of the Constitution was the constraining of MEN! When the purpose of the Constitution is the constraining of the Government!
I have been so frustrated seeing what most people think about the Constitution!

I believe that Christian Conservatives need to realize that they have no basis to say that Homosexuals cannot have a Same Sex Union but Churches do have a basis in Religious Liberties to say that they will not Marry Homosexuals!
The compromising fair thing to do is to 1. Realize that Religions are protected as ideology. Which means Ideologies are protected too! Even if you don’t agree with them!
2. The governments only function in this debate is to make sure one groups rights are not being trampled by the vengeful spite of a newer group. Also that the newer group be acknowledged and legal. The Government should recognize that the term Marriage is the problem here! So why cant Homosexuals find something else to call their same sex unions? Because the reality is as things are now homosexuals would most likely try to get revenge on the church by claiming discrimination of a Church refuses to marry them! Constitutionally people have the right to discriminate when it comes to Religious Liberties!
The CHURCH has the right to discriminate as does any other religion if someone is asking them to do something against their GOD!! GOD TRUMPS FEDERAL LAW!!!
3. Compromise and fairness is the Governments Job! Their job is not to push a partisan ideology while trying to make the opposition parties ideology illegal!! Govenrment has no right to rule on ideological terms UNLESS the ideology in question harms another person or interferes with the Liberties of another group!!
For instance, right now some Islamic people are trying to force the Govenrment to serve Halal Foods in Schools! That is a total religious violation of the Christian faith because Halal food is Meat sacrificed to idols and Acts 15:29 tells Christians not to eat meat Sacrificed to idols! Not to mention that Liberal Progressives love to bring up Separation of Church and State as if it is an all encompassing term when it only ever had to do with Legislation!! Meaning, The Government cannot create laws for or against a Religion! Which when the court rules on crosses, manger scenes and all sorts of other Christian things they are essentially making a law against a Religion by making a ruling!!
We must stop the Overreach!
Since the 13th Amendment the government has manipulated the minds of most people into thinking that the Constitution can also constrain the people when it was never intended to constrain the people but only the Government!!
I know any liberal who reads this will think I am saying that I am against the 13th Amendment and therefore against ending slavery when the truth is I am against the wording of the 13th Amendment because of its constraining the people when it could have been written in a way so as to free slaves, give African Americans the same rights as everyone else and still been written in such a way so as to not constrain the people!
I LOVE our Constitution and believe that it, along with the Declaration of Independence, are the most important documents this world has ever known!!

I would love to be voted in as POTUS for the purpose of restoration and to see for myself first hand if there is some group who dictates to the President. Because if there is you better believe I would tell them they can kiss my ass! I believe that is why Presidents get assassinated or the attempt is made! Because they refuse to follow the dictation! Reagan was the last one who refused. Kennedy before him! Only they couldn’t stop Reagan and he went on to give us the years of prosperity that we had. The reason we are quickly falling backwards is because every President we have had since is an establishment freak who doesn’t know how to properly yield the power for the benefit of his FELLOW AMERICANS!!
If you are speaking of POTUS it will never happen. Rep and Dem are all hand picked by the Trilateral and Money Masters. Romney will have just been less activist that’s all. We need a true man/women of The People. Libertarian or Constitutionalist. But I do agree with Thomas. We need to start local and work our way up. States Rights!!
POTUS will return to being the post of a servant after we have restored lawful government and driven out those perverting it. That is the ultimate goal of the plan you’re commenting on.
